Are these really limited editions? +

Yes – once a print sells out, it's gone forever. No reprints, no exceptions. Every purchase is a rare collectible.

What makes Enzo Vescari prints special? +

We combine timeless art direction with bold, modern edge. Each piece is printed on premium museum-grade matte paper, and delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Can I buy these prints elsewhere? +

No. All limited-edition drops are exclusive to enzovescari.com and selected brand collaborations. We do not sell via third-party galleries or resellers.

Do you offer discounts or bundles? +

Yes. We offer 10% off for new Members Club subscribers and curated bundles with built-in savings. Don’t miss our seasonal drops – they sell out fast.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take? +

EU: 3–14 business days

Can I track my order? +

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is processed. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or email contact@enzovescari.com.

Do your prints come with a warranty? +

Yes – all prints include a lifetime guarantee against fading, discoloration, or material defects.

This does not cover self-inflicted damage (scratches, water, mishandling). For full protection, select Extended Protection at checkout.

How are the artworks packaged? +

Unframed: Shipped in a secure cardboard tube
Framed: Delivered ready-to-hang in reinforced packaging

Can I return my order? +

Yes – contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@enzovescari.com to begin the return.

What is your return policy? +

Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable. Custom orders and gift cards are non-returnable.

What if my artwork arrives damaged? +

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Can I cancel my order? +

Orders are final once confirmed. Cancellation is possible within 12 hours only. A €30 handling fee applies if cancellation is approved.

What happens if I don’t collect my package? +

Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a €35 restocking and shipping fee.

What if my order is lost in transit? +

We’ll replace lost orders free of charge if they’re not marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

If the carrier marks the order as delivered, we cannot take responsibility. In such cases, replacements can be purchased at a discount.
