1. Overview

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of our website enzovescari.com. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products & Availability

All artworks are made to order. While we strive for accuracy in availability and visuals, minor color and material variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. Shipping is included in the final price unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Your payment details are handled securely and encrypted.

6. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped via reliable partners such as Schenker, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Production and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not liable for shipping delays once an order has left production. If a package is not collected and is returned to us, additional fees may apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of collecting your package. If you have purchased our Extended Protection, this period is extended to 30 days.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at contact@enzovescari.com. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their item(s), including postage, shipping, and any applicable customs fees. Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Enzo Vescari is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of collecting your package. You may then return the item for a free replacement or a refund (in which case return shipping is at your own cost).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, artwork, and text, is the property of Enzo Vescari and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Enzo Vescari is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
