At Enzo Vescari, we are committed to ensuring your art reaches you safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping and return policies:
Shipping Information
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
- Shipping Providers: Our artworks are shipped with reliable carriers like UPS, DHL, Schenker, or FedEx to maintain quality and care throughout transit.

- EU: 3–14 business days
- Rest of the World: Coming soon
Packaging
- Unframed Prints: Rolled carefully and shipped in a durable cardboard tube for protection.
- Framed Artworks: Securely packaged with the artwork framed and ready to hang straight out of the box.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking link when your artwork is dispatched. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Return Policy
We understand plans change. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If you purchased our Extended Protection, this window is extended to 30 days.
- How to Return: Email us at contact@enzovescari.com to register your return. You must contact us before returning anything — items sent back without pre-approval may not be accepted.
- Conditions: The artwork must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Returns must be securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
- Return Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, postage, and any customs or import fees. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the return is adequately packaged and protected. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom orders or gift cards.
Damaged Deliveries
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us at contact@enzovescari.com within 48 hours of pickup. Please include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
To process a refund or send a replacement, the damaged item must be returned to us. You can then choose between a free replacement or a refund. If you choose a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed. If you cancel, a handling fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, a €35 fee will be applied to cover shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
Lost Packages
In the rare event your order is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
- We’ll investigate and ship a replacement at no extra cost if the claim is approved.
Taxes & Customs
- No additional taxes for orders shipped within the EU.
- For other regions, local taxes and duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
