Can I track my order? +
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is processed. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or email contact@enzovescari.com.
Do your prints come with a warranty? +
Yes – all prints include a lifetime guarantee against fading, discoloration, or material defects.
This does not cover self-inflicted damage (scratches, water, mishandling). For full protection, select Extended Protection at checkout.
How are the artworks packaged? +
Unframed: Shipped in a secure cardboard tube
Framed: Delivered ready-to-hang in reinforced packaging
What is your return policy? +
You have 14 days from the date of package pickup to contact us at contact@enzovescari.com to initiate a return. If you purchased our Extended Protection, the return window extends to 30 days.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging, and securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Return postage, shipping, and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Important: You must contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and lost in transit.
What if my artwork arrives damaged? +
Please contact us within 48 hours of package pickup with clear photos of the damage. The item must then be returned to us. You may choose either a free replacement or a refund. In case of refund, return shipping is not covered.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders are final once confirmed. If cancellation is requested and approved, a €30 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if I don’t collect my package? +
If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, a €35 fee will apply to cover shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
What if my order is lost in transit? +
If the carrier has not marked your order as delivered and it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
If tracking shows it was delivered, we cannot assume responsibility.
